From 2013-2016, I served as the assistant to the director of Jewish Studies at the University of Virginia, Gabriel Finder. As part of my duties, I organized (or co-organized) the following events and designed the promotional material for them, except where noted below. There were many more events that I organized. These are only a sample.
During my time working for Jewish Studies, I learned a lot from Gaby! At my graduation, Gaby said that I was a mensch-- but the truth is that Gaby is the real mensch! I will also look up to him as I continue to follow his lead in innovation and creativity in the field of Jewish Studies.
